These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Titus CRM platform ("Platform", "Service") provided by Delta Community Support Pty Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

While the Platform provides tools to assist with compliance, ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with the provider organisation.
We aim to provide 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
The Platform includes AI-powered features (progress note generation, roster suggestions, compliance analysis, etc.). These features are provided as decision-support tools only. All AI-generated content must be reviewed by qualified staff before being used in official documentation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Twilio, Airtable, Microsoft 365, ElevenLabs, and Anthropic. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
